HOW HE GOT INVOLVED WITH FILMKID:
Dan was born and minutes later befriended Glen. In High School they started making movies together. Since no else was interested in helping, it fell on just the two of them to write, shoot, and act in all their own movies. Needless to say they weren’t very good.
When Glen was looking for someone to play D’Artagnan in Several Ways to Die Trying, he needed someone he could treat horribly and subject to unspeakable tortures during filming. Naturally, he thought of his lifelong friend Dan who when asked “If Glen jumped off a bridge, would you?” would probably answer “Yeah, but a much bigger bridge to make Glen’s jump look wussy and pointless,” and then sure enough he’d do it.
(what Glen thinks his) FAVORITE FILMKID MOMENT (would be):
Being pelted in the head with rocks repeatedly only to find out that in editing Glen and Dieck used the first take, and the following 15 times Glen hit him in the head with a rock were unnecessary.
REAL FAVORITE FILMKID MOMENT:
When his family members see the movie and tell him they were surprised that it was actually good.
